Festival Babi Guling Desa Penyaringan Jembrana


    Bali has many cultures which make many tourists come there to enjoy their holiday and explore deeper about Bali. Bali includes in a small island in Indonesia but Bali is very rich in cultural diversity. Bali has a culture that can impress tourists to come to Bali. The culture festival also can impress the tourist to come to Bali. In common culture festival usually in the form of dance and music. One of the villages in Jembrana Bali namely Penyaringan village has gradually festival which very unique which makes tourists interested to come to that village. That festival called Festival Babi Guling. 



    This festival is very different from another festival, as the name "Festival Babi Guling" this include in the culinary festival. Babi Guling festival or in English we called with pork roll festival is the routine festival in Penyaringan village which conducted in every village anniversary. Many tourists come there because there is no fee to enter the festival. In the festival, if the tourist wants to eat pork roll they have to pay Rp.10.000 for one portion, the price is very cheap for pork roll in common. 



    Babi Guling festival is very rushing. In Penyaringan village this festival always attended by many tourists who love pork rolls. Penyaringan village is the largest village in Jembrana and it makes the participant of the festival quite many. There are thirteen pork rolls in each festival which a very large number of participants in one village.

    Penyaringan village is very easy to find. Penyaringan village located in Mendoyo district, Jembran, Bali. This village includes into developing village, which the majority of the people there is Famer. Because of the gradual festival from this village makes this village getting famous in Jembrana and the information about this festival has been widely spread.
