    We know that Indonesia has many different cultures in it. Indonesia becomes a country that has a long story before becomes Indonesia right now. Indonesia also becomes one of the countries which becomes the longest victim of colonialism. Indonesia has been colonialized by Holand in 1946 which makes Indonesia has dark memories. From that colonialism, Indonesia has some historical relics, one of them is Monumen Lintas Laut, Cekik, Jembrana, Bali. 



    Monumen Lintas Laut becomes a tourism attraction that has historical value. The guest can come there to study the history of the struggle of Indonesian against the invaders. In Monumen Lintas Laut Gilimanuk could bring the guest to remind how the adventure of our heroes to gain independence. Monumen Lintas Laut becomes the sign of remembering that there is a war between Holand and Indonesia in the Bali and Java Strait  

    Monumen Lintas Laut is an attraction that very easy to find, its located in Cekik Village, Jembrana. It is very easy to find because it located on the main street of Denpasar-Gilimanuk. This monument also has a wide parking area, it makes the visitor very easy to park their vehicle. The fee to enter this object is cheap, it just Rp. 10000/person.  Many guests come there to study or can be just to take some pictures on the monument which has a cool view. 



    In Monumen Lintas Laut there is a monument which has a unique shape it makes the guest interested to come. Beside the monument around there also there are some ornaments bullet and cannon as the sign that battle in the middle of the sea.  This monument is a sign of the Indonesian struggle especially I Gusti Ngurah Rai's troops against Holand in the Java-Bali strait. 

    In conclusion, Monument Lintas Laut is a tourist attraction which has a historical value which is very important to visit to remember the merit of the heroes. This monument is easy to find. This monument has good facilities, like a large parking area, and a good photo spot. If you want to know more about this monument let's come to Jembrana!
